Gregg Marrazzo is a grounded, business-focused Senior Executive and attorney with more than 40 years of experience in the Intellectual Property space.

Most recently Gregg served as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. comprised of more than 30 prestige cosmetics brands such as ClINIQUE, BOBBI BROWN, TOO FACED, AVEDA, LE MER, JO MALONE, MAC and TOM FORD to name a few.

To better serve the client, Gregg consolidated the various Intellectual Property disciplines -trademarks, copyrights, patents, licensing, and talent-into one group. Additionally Gregg lead the business’ anti-counterfeiting efforts which has been recognized as one of the top programs in the luxury/prestige goods space.

Gregg also has extensive experience in legal outsourcing having established and lead a team of 20 in a legal center in Panama City, Panama. This operation now plays an important role in supporting an efficient and cost effective delivery model to meet the needs of the business.

Prior to joining Estée Lauder, Gregg was Vice President-Chief Counsel at Kimberly-Clark Worldwide, Inc where his team handled trademarks, patents and copyrights as well as all legal work for the Chief Market Officer’s organization.

During the course of his career, Gregg worked extensively in the consumer products arena having dealt with such diverse products and services as sunglasses, publishing, entertainment, sports franchises, cigars, contact lenses, apparel and, of course, cosmetics.

Recognized as a distinguished leader within the Intellectual Property legal community, Gregg was selected on 3 occasions by World Trademark Reporter as one of the top 300 trademark attorneys globally. Gregg also served on the Board of Directors of the International Trademark Association, the largest group of brand owners in the world, and was elected as INTA president in 2012.

Gregg graduated with honors from St John’s University and received his law degree from Elizabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University
